Rick went above and beyond in every way possible. He was professional with his quick phone response, price, and pick up/delivery date. He checked in twice to confirm dates and times and was on time for the pick up. But Rick arrived and found us not ready, he didn’t complain or try to reschedule, he jumped in and helped take down an RV cover that was blocking the container exit.
